PARP抑制剂治疗子宫内膜癌的研究进展
Research progress of PARP inhibitors therapy for endometrial cancer
摘要
Abstract
Endometrial cancer(EC)is the second most common gynecological malignancy worldwide.The standard treatment for endometrial cancer pri-marily involves surgical intervention,supplemented by radiotherapy,chemotherapy,and hormonal therapies as part of a comprehensive treatment ap-proach.In the early stages of endometrial cancer,most patients exhibit no significant positive signs,and they often present at advanced stages,leading to poor prognoses with standard treatment regi-mens for advanced or recurrent endometrial can-cer.Therefore,there is an urgent clinical need for new therapeutic methods to improve the prognosis of patients with endometrial cancer.With advance-ments in molecular biology techniques,molecular targeted therapy has become a focal point of re-search.PARP inhibitors,as emerging targeted thera-peutic agents,inhibit the progression of endometri-al cancer through a synthetic lethality effect.This article will review the potential of PARP inhibitors in the treatment of endometrial cancer,with the hope of providing new strategies for clinical manage-ment of the disease.关键词
