探究超声与DCE-MRI在乳腺非肿块型病变诊断中的效能

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of ultrasound and dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI(DCE-MRI)in the di-agnosis of breast non-mass lesions.Methods:A total of 100 patients with breast non-mass lesions admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025 were enrolled,and the general data,DCE-MRI parameters,and ultrasound characteristics of the patients were collected.Results:Compared with patients with benign lesions,patients with malignant lesions had higher proportions of microcalcifications,blood flow grades Ⅱ～Ⅲ,structural distortion,and posterior echogenicity diminution,as well as lower levels of TTP and ADC values(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the proportion of growth orientation be-tween patients with benign and malignant breast non-mass lesions(P>0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the diagnostic value of the combined detection was higher than that of each single method,and the Kappa value indicated the highest consistency of the combined diagnosis(P＜0.05).In addition,ultrasound feasibility was superior to DCE-MRI technical examination.Con-clusion:The diagnostic value of DCE-MRI is higher than that of ultrasound in breast non-mass lesions,but ultrasound is better than DCE-MRI in comprehensive analysis of operation time,cost-effectiveness and other aspects of the comprehensive analysis,and the combined detection has high diagnostic value for breast non-mass lesions,which is conducive to assisting in diagnosing the occurrence of lesions in patients and providing a reference for clinical practice.关键词
