Abstract
To further standardize and strengthen the normalization and standardization of clinical pharmacists' activities in the intensive care unit(ICU),a number of medical centers and experts in related fields in Shanghai,based on long-term clinical experience and in-depth discussions,developed the work standards for ICU clinical pharmacists.Guided by the training program and requirements for ICU clinical pharmacists of Chinese Hospital Association,the Work standards for ICU clinical pharmacists of medical institutions in Shanghai were jointly formulated and formed around the core clinical work links such as pharmaceutical ward rounds and pharmaceutical care under the organization and coordination of the Society of Critical Care Physicians of Shanghai Medical Doctor Association.The purpose of this standard is to systematically establish a standardized framework for ICU clinical pharmacists,clarify key responsibilities and operation procedures,promote the deep integration of pharmaceutical care and critical care medicine,and provide institutional and professional support for ensuring patient medication safety and improving the level of rational drug use.关键词
