基于AHP-TOPSIS法的瑞格列奈药物利用评价标准建立与应用
Establishment and application of drug utilisation evaluation criteria for repaglinide based on the AHP-TOPSIS method

Abstract
AIM To establish the criteria for the drug utilisation evaluation(DUE)of repaglinide and evaluate the rationality of its clinical application.METHODS Based on the drug instruction,combined with relevant guidelines and expert consensus,the attribute hierarchy process(AHP)-technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)method was employed to evaluate and analyse 222 archived medical records of patients admitted to the hospital and treated with repaglinide from January to December 2024.RESULTS Among the 222 medical records examined,153(68.92％)were considered reasonable(Ci ≥ 0.8),31(13.96％)were considered basically reasonable(0.6 ≤ C,＜0.8)and 38(17.12％)were considered unreasonable(C,＜0.6).The irrational drug use was primarily manifested in aspects of medication monitoring,method of medication administration,premedication assessment,and medication selection.CONCLUSION The rational rate of clinical use of repaglinide in this hospital is relatively high,but there are still irrational drug use phenomena that need to be addressed through strengthened supervision.The DUE based on the AHP-TOPSIS method is easy to apply,and the results are intuitive and credible,making it suitable for promotion in drug rationality evaluation.关键词
