中药面膜联合红蓝光治疗面部中重度痤疮的疗效及对患者皮肤屏障功能的影响

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine facial mask combined with red and blue light therapy on facial moderate-to-severe acne.Methods According to the random number table method,80 patients with facial moderate-to-severe acne admitted to Anqing First People's Hospital of Anhui Medical University from July 2022 to May 2025 were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with ultraviolet negative oxygen ion spray combined with red and blue light therapy,while the observation group was added with traditional Chinese medicine facial mask on the basis of the control group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated once a week.After 8 times of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment,skin barrier function,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients.Results Compared with 82.50%(33/40)in control group,the total effective rate of treatment in observation group with 97.50%(39/40)was higher(P＜0.05).Before treatment,the water content of stratum corneum and epidermal lipid content were similar between the two groups(P＞0.05).Compared with before treatment,the water content of stratum corneum and epidermal lipid content were higher after treatment in the two groups,and compared with control group,the water content of stratum corneum and epidermal lipid content after treatment were higher in observation group(P＜0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse reactions of patients was similar between groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine facial mask combined with red and blue light therapy has a good therapeutic effect on patients with facial moderate-to-severe acne,and it can effectively improve the skin barrier with safety.关键词
