Abstract
To deeply investigate the aging mechanism of perovskite thin films,this study examines the microstructural evolution,chemi-cal composition changes,and performance degradation during the aging process.A triple quadrupole mass spectrometry characterization method was employed for real-time monitoring of the aging process,combined with in-situ XRD to track crystal structure changes,ena-bling cross-validation of the aging mechanism from the structural and compositional perspectives.The results indicate that the mass spectrometry characterization method can detect degradation products such as HI and I2 in real time.XRD analysis reveals that the in-tensity of the characteristic perovskite peak(110)decreases with aging time,with the appearance of the PbI2 characteristic peak after 96 hours.UV-Vis and PL tests demonstrate that the light absorption capacity and fluorescence intensity of the films gradually diminish and eventually disappear with aging.This study provides a theoretical basis for the low-cost,high-stability fabrication of perovskite solar cells(PSCs)and offers significant guidance for optimizing preparation processes and developing stabilization strategies.关键词
