Development dilemmas and countermeasures of public internet hospitals in China:A research based on stakeholder theory
摘要
Abstract
As an innovative platform that integrates core elements of healthcare,pharmaceuticals,and health insurance while reshaping the medical service ecosystem,the operational efficiency of Internet hospitals is profoundly linked to the collaborative interactions among diverse stakeholders.The strategic choices and behavioral patterns of these stakeholders,including hospitals,health care,medical insurance and patients.directly influence the overall service quality and sustainable development.Utilizing a stakeholder theory framework,this study sys-tematically deconstructs the development logic and key influencing factors of Internet hospitals,analyzing and pro-posing optimized pathways and specific measures for collaborative governance among multiple stakeholders.The aim is to effectively align various entities to achieve a synergistic development in health insurance,healthcare,and pharmaceuticals,thus ultimately contributing to the realization of the Healthy China 2030 initiative.关键词
