基于作业适用性的苹果园斜式升降装置参数多目标优化与试验
Multi-objective optimization and experiment of parameters for an inclined lifting device in apple orchards based on operational applicability

Abstract
In wide-row,high-density apple orchards,the spatial mismatch between traditional vertical lifting devices and spindle-shaped tree canopies often results in poor working postures and excessive physical Istrain on the upper limbs and lower back of operators.To address this issue,an inclined lifting device was designed in this study.A multi-objective optimization model integrating canopy geometry,ergonomic principles,and platform stability was established,with the operational area maximized as the objective and the lumbar force and anti-overturning stability taken as constraints.The inclination angle and maximum extension length of the device were optimized using the Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm Ⅱ(NSGA-Ⅱ).The results show that the Pareto-optimal parameters obtained are an inclination angle of 74.4° and a maximum extension length of 1 524.4 mm.Field comparative experiments demonstrate that,compared with the vertical lifting device,the inclined lifting device increases the probability of the operational trajectory falling within the ergonomic comfort window by 56.43%,and reduces the lumbar muscle activation level by 58.80%.The proposed device effectively improves the platform's adaptability to spindle-shaped canopies,significantly lowers the operator's physiological load,and provides a new direction for the development of efficient and low-strain orchard equipment.关键词
