The Core Essence,Constraint Mechanism and Cultivation Path of Teachers'Five-Education Leadership

Abstract
Teachers'Five-Education Leadership is a vital approach to achieving the Five-Education Integration and deepening educational reform.Its core essence lies in focusing on teachers as the output end of education and systematically reshaping teachers in terms of roles,knowledge,authority,and functions.By analyzing the constraint mechanisms of Teachers'Five-Education Leadership in three dimensions of environment,relationship and individual,this paper proposes four paths to cultivate Teachers'Five-Education Leadership,namely,updating educational concepts,reforming organizational systems,developing teaching relationships and improving evaluation systems.关键词
