农民专业合作社理事长绿色生产意愿与行为偏差研究
THE DEVIATION OF GREEN PRODUCTION INTENTION AND BEHAVIOR OF THE CHAIRMAN OF FARMERS'PROFESSIONAL COOPERATIVES

Abstract
As the core subject of the green production decision-making of farmers' professional cooperatives,the consistency between their green production willingness and behavior directly promotes the low-carbon transformation and development of agriculture.However,in practice,there are often deviations between the two.This study aims to reveal the willingness behavior deviation mechanism of farmers' professional cooperatives'chairman in green production.Based on the survey data of 556 directors of farmers' professional cooperatives in Jiangxi province,this study empirically tested the influencing factors and hierarchical structure of the green production willingness and behavior deviation of directors of farmers' professional cooperatives using multiple logistics models and explanatory structure models.The results were listed as follows.(1)there was a significant deviation in the willingness and behavior of the chairman of farmers' professional cooperatives towards green production,with a deviation rate of 40.3%.Green cognition,peer participation,credit subsidy policies,tax incentives,organizational management,material resources,and human resources had a significant negative impact on the willingness and behavior deviation.The higher the education level of the chairman of a farmer professional cooperative,the more mature the cooperative's development,and the higher the demonstration level,the smaller the willingness and behavioral deviation of adopting green production;(2)Willingness had a motivating and guiding effect on behavior,and the expected benefits effectively bridged the gap between the green production willingness and behavior of the chairman of the farmer professional cooperative.The higher the expected green production income and sales expectations of the chairman of the farmer professional cooperative,the smaller the deviation between green production willingness and behavior;(3)The surface level factors were income expectations,shallow level factors were sales expectations,intermediate level factors were human resources,material resources,organizational management,and green awareness,and the deepest level factors were credit subsidy policies,tax incentives,and peer participation.In summary,the government should take multiple measures to promote the transformation of green production intentions into practical actions by constructing a visualized incentive system for green production benefits,innovating differentiated green production cost compensation and incentive mechanisms,and implementing"peer collaboration+organizational empowerment".关键词
