芳基酰胺类成核剂对rPET结晶与热老化性能的影响
Effect of aryl amide nucleating agents on crystallization behavior and thermal aging stability of recycled poly(ethylene terephthalate)

Abstract
To mitigate the challenges of thermal degradation and deteriorating crystallization performance in recycled poly(ethylene terephthalate)(rPET)during thermal aging,this study employed a molecular design strategy for nucleating agents.Specifically,the reactive sodium carboxylate group in the previously reported nucleating agent Na-CBAB was re-placed with chemically inert substituents,yielding two novel derivatives:Am-CBAB and Al-CBAB.It was found that while Na-CBAB significantly elevated the crystallization temperature of rPET,its sodium carboxylate moiety readily re-acted with ester linkages in the rPET matrix under thermal stress.This side reaction induced chain scission,leading to pronounced degradation of both crystallization kinetics and mechanical properties after aging.In contrast,the newly de-veloped aryl amide-based nucleating agents,particularly Am-CBAB,exhibited excellent compatibility with rPET and ef-fectively promoted heterogeneous nucleation without triggering chemical degradation.As a result,Am-CBAB preserved the integrity of the rPET molecular chains during thermal aging and concurrently enhanced both crystallization efficiency and mechanical performance.These findings highlight Am-CBAB as a highly effective and thermally stable nucleating agent for high-performance rPET applications.关键词
