摘要

Abstract

Polylactic acid(PLA)is a low-weight,biodegradable and compostable semi-crystalline bio-based polymer that is ex-pected to replace petroleum-based plastics.PLA-foamed plastics have the advantages of biodegradability,excellent mechanical properties,and good melt processing characteristics,but the problems of slow crystallization and brittleness have led to signifi-cant limitations in their application and development.By using different process methods such as intermittent foaming and mi-crocellular injection molding foaming,and applying different modification strategies to PLA,the optimization of PLA-based foam properties is achieved,while extending the advantages of sound absorption and noise reduction,biocompatibility,etc.,which has a wide range of prospects for application in the neighboring fields of packaging,building walls,and biomedicine.This paper analyzes the process progress of environmentally friendly PLA-based foams and its optimization of PLA properties in recent years,reviews the effects of chemical modification and physical modification on the properties of PLA-based foams,and looks forward to the optimized design and promotion of environmentally friendly PLA composite foams in the future.
