重离子束辐照诱导甘蔗易脱叶突变体的转录组学分析及关键候选基因挖掘
Transcriptomic Analysis and Key Candidate Gene Identification of Leaf Abscission Sugarcane Mutants Induced by Heavy Ion Beam Irradiation

Abstract
[Objective]This study aimed to investigate the effects of heavy ion beam irradiation-induced mutagenesis on gene expression and functional enrichment in abscission-prone sugarcane mutants,so as to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying sugarcane leaf abscission induced by heavy ion beam irradiation.[Methods]The abscission zone tissues of the abscission-prone sugarcane mutant(FS30)and its wild-type(Guitang 42,GT42)were used as experimental materials.Transcriptome sequencing and bioinformatics analysis were performed to identify differentially expressed genes(DEGs)and enriched pathways.[Results]DEGs are predominantly enriched in GO terms related to cellular processes,protein complexes,and protein transport.For KEGG pathway analysis,these genes are predominantly enriched in protein processing(endoplasmic reticulum),MAPK signaling pathway,and plant hormone signal transduction.Additionally,key genes including 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate synthase(ACS2)were significantly up-regulated,while mitogen-activated protein kinase(MPK6)and abscisic acid receptor(PYL5)were significantly down-regulated,suggesting that heavy ion beam irradiation regulates hormone synthesis and signal transduction to accelerate leaf abscission.[Conclusion]Heavy ion beam irradiation promotes sugarcane leaf abscission by regulating cellular functions and hormone signaling pathways and activating stress-response mechanisms.These results provide important molecular references for sugarcane genetic improvement and stress response mechanism research.关键词
