摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the value of multi-parameter magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the preoperative diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GIST).Methods A total of 80 GIST patients treated in our hospital from April 2022 to April 2025 were enrolled in this study. All patients underwent MRI scanning, with surgical pathological findings as the gold standard.According to the GIST risk stratification crite-ria in the 2022 edition of the NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology, the patients were divided into the low-risk group(n=24),intermediate-risk group(n=20),and high-risk group(n=36).The MRI features of GIST in each group were analyzed to evaluate the value of multi-parameter MRI in the preoperative diagnosis of GIST.Results Different risk stratification of GIST had significant differences in MRI features, including tumor diameter, location, boundary, morphology, cystic degeneration and necrosis, metastasis, apparent diffu-sion coefficient(ADC)and enhancement patterns(P<0.05).Pairwise comparisons revealed significant differ-ences between the low-risk group and the intermediate-/high-risk groups,as well as between the intermediate-risk group and high-risk group(P<0.05).Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis showed that the area under the curve(AUC)of ADC value combined with the enhancement patterns of dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI in the preoperative risk prediction of GIST was 0.985,with a sensitivity of 94.06%and a specificity of 95.10%.The combined diagnostic efficacy was superior to that of single-index diagnosis. Conclusions MRI demonstrates high value in the preoperative evaluation of GIST,and its imaging findings are closely correlated with tumor risk stratification.Clinicians should make full use of multi-parameter MRI in the diagnosis of GIST to provide more accurate diagnosis and treatment strategies for patients.关键词
