精神分裂症患者认知损害与前额叶功能连接的相关性分析
Association between cognitive impairment and prefrontal functional connectivity in patients with schizophrenia

Abstract
Objective:To examine the characteristics of resting-state functional connectivity(FC)abnormali-ties within the prefrontal cortex(PFC)of individuals diagnosed with schizophrenia(SCZ)and to explore their rela-tionship with cognitive impairment,utilizing functional near-infrared spectroscopy(fNIRS).Methods:Fifty-two pa-tients with schizophrenia and 51age-and sex-matched normal controls were enrolled.The resting-state oxyhemoglo-bin(HbO)signals in the PFC were recorded using fNIRS,and cognitive performance was evaluated using the MA-TRICS Consensus Cognitive Battery(MCCB).Five regions of interest(ROIs),the frontal pole cortex(FPC),or-bitofrontal cortex(OFC),temporal pole cortex(TPC),inferior prefrontal cortex(IPFC),and dorsolateral prefrontal cortex(dPFC)were selected.Analyses were conducted to assess group differences in FC and their correlations with cognitive scores.Results:The scores of cognitive functions in all domains were lower in SCZ group than in the nor-mal control group(Ps<0.05).The functional connectivity(FC)of the prefrontal cortex(PFC)was reduced in the resting state,and the working memory was positively correlated with the FC intensity between the FPC-dPFC(r=0.35,P<0.05)and IPFC-dPFC(r=0.44,P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with schizophrenia have widespread cognitive impairments,and the decline in working memory may be related to the reduced FC between specific pre-frontal subregions.关键词
