摘要

Abstract

Salidroside is a natural phenolic compound extracted from the dried roots and rhizomes of Rhodiola rosea L.It exhibits multiple biological functions,including mitigating inflammatory damage,alleviating oxidative stress,improving intestinal barrier function,and exerting antitumor effects.It holds significant research value and broad practical application prospects in the fields of medicine and animal husbandry.The author first summarizes the structure,sources,and applications of salidroside,then introduces its production processes such as plant extraction,chemical synthesis,and biosynthesis.It systematically reviews its biological functions,including anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,and antitumor activities,and further outlines the research progress in its application in livestock,poultry,and rodent production.As the first systematic review integrating both the synthetic advances of salidroside and its application in enhancing disease resistance and productivity in livestock and poultry,this work focuses on elucidating its underlying mechanisms in health regulation,thereby providing a comprehensive theoretical foundation for subsequent research and development.
