基于数字疗法的家庭视觉训练对儿童弱视矫正效果的观察
The influence of home-based visual training based on digital therapy on the correction effect of amblyopia in children

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of family-based visual training based on digital therapy on the correction of amblyopia in children and its influence on visual sensitivity.Methods A total of 90 children with amblyopia admitted to Chengde Central Hospital were randomly divided into a control group and a study group.The clinical efficacy,visual acui-ty,evoked potential levels were compared,and the ocular accommodation function,visual sensitivity and quality of life scores were evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After the intervention,the visual acuity,amplitude,latency,accommodation amplitude,accommodation sensi-tivity,and accommodation lag of the research group were all better than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After the intervention,the visual sensitivity of the research group at 1.5,3,6,and 12 c/d was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of physical function,emotional function,social function,and school function of the research group after the intervention were all higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Family visual training based on digital therapy can enhance the correction effect for children with amblyopia,improve their visual acuity and evoked potential levels,promote the recovery of ocular accommodation function,and enhance the visual sensitivity and quality of life of the patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
