加热卷烟气溶胶中6种呋喃类化合物气粒相分布测定及其影响因素研究
Determination of six furans in the gas and particle phases of heated tobacco product aerosols and their influencing factors

Abstract
[Objective]This study aims to investigate the release characteristics of furans in the aerosol of heated tobacco products(HTPs).[Methods]Aerosol particle-phase components and gas-phase components were collected using Cambridge filter pads(CFPs)and XAD-7 sorbent cartridges,respectively,and quantified by GC-MS.The effects of product specifications,smoking regimes,and heating temperatures on the release levels and phase distributions of the six furans were examined.[Results](1)The calibration curves of the six target furans exhibited excellent linearity(r2 ≥0.9989).The limits of detection(LODs)and limits of quantification(LOQs)ranged from 0.01-0.06 μg/stick and 0.02-0.18 μg/stick,respectively.Recoveries at low,medium,and high spiking levels ranged from 80.31%to 114.92%,with relative standard deviations(RSDs)between 0.67%and 9.52%.(2)Furfural(FA),2-acetylfuran(2-AF),5-methylfurfural(5-MF),and furfuryl alcohol(FM)were present in both gas and particle phases,whereas 5-methyl-2-furfuryl alcohol(5-MFM)and 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(5-HMF)were predominantly detected in the particle phase.(3)FM,FA,5-MF,and 5-HMF were the major furans in HTP aerosols,with notable differences in release levels among different product specifications,likely influenced by heating temperature,tobacco substrate type,and formulation.(4)Under the HCI smoking regime,the release levels of all six furans were higher than those observed under the ISO regime,and the proportions of FA,2-AF,5-MF,and FM in the gas phase were also higher under HCI conditions.(5)Under low-temperature heating conditions,the release levels of all six furans increased with rising heating temperatures,whereas the gas-phase proportions of FA,2-AF,5-MF,and FM showed a decreasing trend.关键词
