预防接装纸末端卷曲装置的研制
Development of an anti-curling device for the tipping paper tail end
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]This study is to address the problem that tipping paper tends to disengage from the cutting drum during the startup and shutdown phases of the ZJ116B cigarette maker unit.[Methods]An air blowing device was developed,in which a solenoid valve controls the on/off supply of compressed air.During equipment startup and shutdown,compressed air is directed toward the tail end of the tipping paper to flatten it,thereby preventing disengagement from the cutting drum caused by end curling.[Results]Comparative tests were conducted on"Yunyan(Slim Yunlong)"cigarettes produced by the ZJ116B cigarette maker unit.The results showed that,after modification,the frequency of tipping paper disengagement from the cutting drum decreased from 43.7 times per month to zero.The incidence of tipping paper wrapping around the glue roller decreased from 5.7 times per month to zero.In addition,manual paper re-threading time was reduced by 62.7 minutes per month,and manual glue roller cleaning time was reduced by 124 minutes per month.[Conclusion]The proposed device effectively improves equipment operational efficiency and reduces maintenance workload.关键词
