Progress,challenge,and exploration of chimeric antigen receptor T cell therapy for treating ovarian cancer
摘要
Abstract
Ovarian cancer is one of the most prevalent gynecological malignancies.It is characterized by poor prognosis and is one of the gynecological cancers with the highest mortality rates.Most ovarian cancer patients are not diagnosed until the disease reaches an advanced stage,with the 5-year survival rate being<50%.Current treatment for ovarian cancer primarily relies on surgical intervention and chemotherapy.In recent years,immunotherapy has emerged as a novel therapeutic approach for ovarian cancer,among which chi-meric antigen receptor(CAR)-T cell therapy represents a significant advancement in cancer immunotherapy and is a promising immu-notherapeutic strategy.However,this therapy,which has achieved significant success in hematologic malignancies,still faces numerous challenges and obstacles in the context of ovarian cancer treatment.This review summarizes the current research progress and challenges associated with CAR-T cell therapy in ovarian cancer.In addition,strategies to enhance the therapeutic efficacy of CAR-T cell-based interventions are explored.关键词
