Abstract
[Objective]To compare the efficacy of the quadruple regimen containing lansoprazole and the quadruple regimen containing omeprazole in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.[Methods]A total of 120 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were included in this study,all from Anyang People's Hospital.The selection period was from June 2023 to December 2024 for retrospective analysis.All patients were divided into the control group(60 cases,treated with a quadruple regimen containing omeprazole)and the study group(60 cases,treated with a quadruple regimen containing lansoprazole)according to the treatment plan.All patients were treated for 2 weeks.The therapeutic effects,eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori(Hp),gastrointestinal hormone indicators before and after treatment,inflammatory factor levels,and occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared.[Results]The total clinical effective rate and Hp eradication rate of the patients in the study group were 95.00%and 93.33%,respectively,which were higher than 76.67%and 78.33%of the control group(χ2=8.292,5.551;both P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of various gastrointestinal hormone indicators in both groups of patients improved compared with those before treatment,and the study group showed significant improvement(t=19.376,6.428;both P<0.05).After treatment,various inflammatory factor levels in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and those in the study group were even lower(t=25.460,9.755,13.202,8.092,all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(χ2=2.157,P>0.05).[Conclusion]In the treatment of elderly patients with chronic atrophic gastritis,the quadruple regimen containing lansoprazole can increase the eradication rate of Hp,improve gastrointestinal hormone indicators,reduce inflammatory responses,and does not increase the occurrence of adverse reactions,with definite therapeutic effects.关键词
