Ethical dilemmas and countermeasures of patient privacy protection in hospice care
摘要
Abstract
To explore the current situation of patient privacy protection in hospice care and the ethical dilemmas it faces.Combining the practical issues of hospice care,this paper deeply analyzed the dilemmas encountered by nursing staff regarding privacy protection and the challenges brought by the application of information technology.The results revealed that the ethical challenges faced by nursing staff in hospice care,the interference and conflicts of family members with patients'privacy in hospice care,the special contradictions between laws and regulations and practical operations in hospice care,as well as the application of information technology in hospice care and the issue of patient privacy were the primary reasons for the insufficient privacy protection measures in hospice care practice.Therefore,the study proposed multi-dimensional countermeasures,such as strengthening specialized training for nursing staff in privacy protection,constructing personalized nursing plans,improving relevant laws and regulations,and enhancing information security technology,to advance the privacy protection level in hospice care.关键词
