数字药丸技术应用中的伦理问题及规制路径
Ethical issues and regulatory paths of digital pill technology
摘要
Abstract
Digital pill technology,as an emerging digital healthcare means,possesses potential advantages of real-time monitoring and improving patient medication adherence.However,with its development and application,the ensuing ethical dilemmas and challenges cannot be overlooked.These challenges include the potential weakening of patient autonomy,the risk of privacy invasion,the potential erosion of doctor-patient trust,the issue of ambiguous data liability,the conflict between business models and public health,and the problem of fairness in technology accessibility for vulnerable groups.To promote the standardization and ethical development of digital pill technology,it is necessary to establish regulatory paths from multiple perspectives,including legal and ethical supervision,privacy protection and data management,informed consent,responsibility allocation mechanism,equitable technology accessibility,and ethical education and training,thereby achieving an effective balance between technological innovation and the enhancement of patient well-being.关键词
