Research progress and ethical considerations on the sense of meaning in life among colorectal cancer patients
摘要
Abstract
Colorectal cancer is a common malignant tumor.With the development of medical technology,while the survival rate of patients has gradually improved,increasing attention has been paid to the issue of the quality of survival.Among these,the sense of meaning in life,as a critical dimension of mental health and quality of survival,directly affects patients'psychological adjustment,treatment compliance,and quality of life.In-depth research on the sense of meaning in life is extremely significant for improving the quality of survival among colorectal cancer patients and improving their prognosis.By retrieving relevant literature,this paper reviewed the research progress regarding the sense of meaning in life among colorectal cancer patients from the aspects of relevant concepts,assessment tools,influencing factors,nursing ethics issues in practice,and others.Meanwhile,this paper also proposed ethical countermeasures for the sense of meaning in life among colorectal cancer patients in clinical practice,aiming to broaden the field of nursing ethics research and provide references for improving the sense of meaning in life among colorectal cancer patients in clinical practice.关键词
