"医患沟通学"课程在地化叙事转向的实践探索
Practical exploration of the localized narrative shift in the Doctor-Patient Communication course
摘要
Abstract
Doctor-patient communication serves as a crucial guarantee for building a bridge of trust between doctors and patients and fostering a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.As the primary base for medical talent cultivation,how medical colleges and universities enhance medical students'medical humanistic skills and literacy through teaching innovation,as well as realize the integration of medical education and clinical practice while adopting a position competency orientation,has become an urgent issue to be addressed in advancing the medical talent reform.Taking the undergraduate course Doctor-Patient Communication as an example and analyzing from the perspectives of students'learning background,teachers'teaching status,and course characteristics,this paper proposed paths of the localized narrative shift from the aspects of teaching objectives,resources,content,methods,organization,environment,and evaluation methods.The teaching reform of this course has achieved favorable results,enhancing medical students'position competency and achieving relatively high course satisfaction.关键词
