Research advances on peripheral immunity in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis
摘要
Abstract
Current evidence indicates that amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS)is closely associated with abnormalities in the peripheral immunity.Peripheral immune changes participate in dynamic"neuro-immune crosstalk"with the central nervous system,collectively driving neuroinflammation and neurodegeneration in ALS.Developing diagnostic and therapeutic strategies based on peripheral immune regulation has become a highly promising new direction for ALS treatment.This article summarizes the research progress on peripheral immunity in ALS over the past five years and suggests potential therapeutic strategies,aiming to provide new insights for immunomodulatory therapies in ALS.关键词
