Abstract
Obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)is a clinical syndrome that causes apnea and hypopnea due to various reasons,which in turn leads to a series of pathophysiological changes in the body.Currently,OSAHS has been widely recognized as a systemic disease,and its incidence rate is increasing year by year,imposing a heavy burden on society.The vigorous development of metabolomics technology has brought a new opportunity for the study of OSAHS.This technology can comprehensively detect the dynamic changes of small molecule metabolites in biological samples and accurately reflect the whole metabolic picture of the body.This article focuses on the characteristic metabolic changes of OSAHS in multiple systems,providing ideas for screening early diagnostic markers,formulating precise treatment strategies,and promoting the translation of results into clinical practice to improve the diagnosis and treatment of OSAHS.关键词
