Abstract
As a cornerstone of digital guided therapy,dynamic navigation technology has significantly enhanced the precision of endodontic and periapical disease treatment through its real-time intraoperative tracking and three-dimensional visualization capabilities.Compared to static navigation,this technology enables dynamic path adjustments during complex procedures such as calcified canal negotiation,microsurgical endodontic procedures,and fiber post removal,thereby reducing complication risks.However,its accuracy remains constrained by equipment tolerances,operator experience,and imaging discrepancies.Despite its minimally invasive and efficient advantages,the high costs and steep learning curve associated with dynamic navigation technology have hindered its widespread adoption.Future advancements may overcome current technical limitations through AI-enhanced path optimization,integration with static navigation and intelligent robotic systems,and synergistic multi-technology collaboration,ultimately driving endodontic therapy toward intelligent precision medicine.This article systematically reviews the clinical value and challenges of dynamic navigation technology in treating endodontic and periapical diseases while proposing directions for future research.关键词
