Standardization and individualized surgical strategies for laparoscopic radical resection of left-sided colon cancer

Abstract
Laparoscopic radical resection for left-sided colon cancer remains one of the most technically demanding and controversial procedures in colorectal surgery.With the continuous evolution of therapeutic concepts,surgeons are increasingly striving to achieve more precise and individualized surgical approaches while ensuring oncological outcomes.The extent of lymph node dissection,appropriate selection of surgical approach,standardized bowel resection,and safe completion of splenic flexure mobilization and gastrointestinal reconstruction are key factors for achieving high-quality laparoscopic radical resection.Based on current domestic and international evidence,as well as the authors'extensive clinical experience,this article summarizes and analyzes several key issues in laparoscopic radical resection for left-sided colon cancer,aiming to provide references for its standardized and individualized practice.关键词
