Clinical practice and application value of multidisciplinary team in diagnosis and treatment for colorectal cancer
摘要
Abstract
The multidisciplinary team(MDT)model serves as a core strategy in the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer.By integrating multidisciplinary resources such as colorectal surgery,medical oncology,radiotherapy,imaging,and pathology,it achieves personalized precision therapy based on evidence-based medicine.This article summarizes the clinical practice experience of single-center MDT for colorectal cancer,including the establishment of standardized diagnostic and treatment protocols,optimization of interdisciplinary collaboration mechanisms,and the development of efficacy evaluation systems.It also explores the value of MDT in improving diagnostic and treatment efficiency and enhancing patient prognosis,providing a reference for the promotion of the MDT model.关键词
