Abstract
This article systematically explores the application of robot-assisted anterior resection(NOSES-Ⅳ type)in the treatment of high rectal cancer,with a focus on introducing the"main mast"traction technique.This surgical method fully utilizes the high-definition vision and flexible operation characteristics of the robotic surgical system,constructing a stable surgical field through the"main mast"traction technique,thereby achieving precise anatomical dissection,lymph nodes dissection,and specimen retrieval via natural orifices.The article details key technical aspects such as the selection of surgical position,puncture hole layout,tissue dissection steps,specimen retrieval methods,and digestive tract reconstruction,and summarizes postoperative management and follow-up results.This technique helps improve the safety of the surgery,the radicality of the tumor,and the effectiveness of minimally invasive surgery,providing important references for the standardization and promotion of the NOSES-Ⅳ surgical method.关键词
