创新电子听诊器在心肺疾病诊疗中的技术进展
Technological breakthroughs and application prospects of innovative electronic stethoscope in diagnosis and treatment for cardiopulmonary diseases
摘要
Abstract
The electronic stethoscope is a portable medical device that uses sensors to receive,record and process sounds from inside the body,which transmits the processed sound data via Bluetooth technique after converts sounds into electrical signals,and finally outputs the sound by using the part of listening.It has the advantages of reducing the risk of infection,supporting remote consultation,and assisting medical education,which is an important tool of diagnosis and treatment for cardiopulmonary diseases.The electronic stethoscope has broad application prospects in primary medical care,management for chronic disease,and regions with uneven resources,but the comprehensive promotion of that needs to further solve some problems such as interoperability of device,data standardization,and experience optimization of user,so as to realize the deep integration of that and intelligent medical ecosystem,and wide application of that in diagnosis and treatment for cardiopulmonary diseases.This paper systematically reviewed the technological evolution,clinical application and current market status of electronic stethoscope,and compared and analyzed the functional characteristics and limitations of four kinds of domestic and foreign mainstream products.In the future,the technique of electronic stethoscope will focus on the development of sensors with high-performance piezoelectric materials,the deep integration of artificial intelligence algorithms,and the integration of monitoring functions with multi-physiological parameters.At the same time,it analyzed development trends of the domestic and foreign markets of electronic stethoscope,so as to provide a reference for the innovative direction of electronic stethoscope.关键词
