一种自制气管插管固定带的设计和应用
Design and application of a tracheal intubation fixing belt
摘要
Abstract
As a critical measure for rescuing patients with respiratory failure and airway obstruction,endotracheal intubation requires proper fixation after insertion to prevent unplanned extubation.If the fixation is not secure,it can lead to reduced stability of the endotracheal tube,displacement,or even accidental removal.Repeated intubation can cause swelling of the throat and damage to the oral mucosa,increasing the difficulty of intubation,delaying rescue time,and even threatening life.Currently,many intubated patients experience discomfort and are prone to allergic reactions;3M adhesive tape requires pre-cutting,and slight carelessness during use can cause sticking,resulting in material waste and the need for re-preparation.Most existing endotracheal tube fixators on the market are too rigid,affecting patient comfort.To address this clinical challenge,Medical staff at Harrison International Peace Hospital Affiliated to Hebei Medical University,in collaboration with faculty and students from School of Nursing,Zhangjiakou University,have developed a novel endotracheal tube fixation strap and obtained a national utility model patent(patent number:ZL 2018 20508681.6).This device consists of a main structure,an internal adjustment rail module,and a fixation strap.Its inner sponge lining effectively absorbs perioral secretions,reducing skin irritation from moisture.The fixation strap features slots and hinge structures,which can securely hold the tube,improving patient safety and comfort while reducing the risk of adverse intubation events,making it highly valuable for broader application.关键词
