摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of sacubitril/valsartan on blood pressure regulation, vascular structure improvement and heart rate variability in elderly hypertensive patients. Methods:A prospective study was conducted involving 110 elderly hypertensive patients treated at a hospital between October 2021 and October 2024.Participants were randomly assigned according to block randomization principles to either the study group(sacubitril/valsartan)or the control group(telmisartan),with 55 patients in each group.A comparison of blood pressure control[systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),and blood pressure control status],vascular structural improvement[carotid intima-media thickness(CIMT)],and heart rate variability[standard deviation of the mean R-R interval(SDANN),standard deviation of R-R intervals in sinus rhythm(SDNN),and mean root mean square of successive R-R interval differences(rMSSD)],liver function markers[alanine aminotransferase(ALT),serum creatinine(SCr),and uric acid(UA)],and adverse events. Results:After 4 and 12 weeks of treatment,DBP,SBP,and CIMT decreased in both groups compared with pre-treatment(P<0.05),and were lower in the study group(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment, the blood pressure attainment rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(76.36%vs.54.55%,P<0.05);SDANN,SDNN,and rMSSD increased in both groups, and were higher in the study group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in ALT,UA,SCr levels, between the two groups(P>0.05).During the treatment perid, there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sacubitril/valsartan is effective in treating elderly hypertensive patients,as it can effectively regulate blood pressure and improve vascular structure and heart rate variability.关键词
