甘肃省筑牢黄河上游生态安全屏障的路径研究
Research on the Path of Building the Ecological Security Barrier in the Upper Reaches of the Yellow River in Gansu Province
摘要
Abstract
The construction of ecological security barriers in the upper reaches of the Yellow River is a core task to ensure national ecological security and sustainable development of the Yellow River Basin.Gansu province is an important water source conservation and supply area in the Yellow River Basin,and its ecological barrier function directly affects the ecological balance of the entire basin.Based on the effectiveness of ecological protection practices in Gansu province,this paper systematically analyzes the current problems and proposes a path to strengthen the ecological security barrier in the upper reaches of the Yellow River from five dimensions:institutional innovation,system governance,technological empowerment,regional collaboration,and green transformation.关键词
