聚苯硫醚/芳纶/玻璃纤维复合纸的构筑与性能调控研究
Study on Fabrication and Property Regulating of Polyphenylene Sulfide/Aramid/Glass Fiber Composite Paper

Abstract
With polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)fiber as the insulating reinforcing phase,para-aramid precipitated fiber as the auxiliary phase,and glass fiber as the skeleton material,PPS/aramid/glass fiber composite paper was prepared via a wet-forming process.The effects of PPS fiber content on the microstructure,physical properties,electrical insulation properties,and thermal stability of the PPS/aramid/glass fiber composite paper were systematically investigated.The results showed that the PPS/aramid/glass fiber composite pa-per exhibited optimum comprehensive properties at a basis weight of 105 g/m2 with PPS fiber content of 20%,achieving a tear strength of 1 733.8 mN,a tensile strength of 25.4 kN/m,and vol-ume resistivity reached 8.816×1014 Ω·m,power frequency break-down strength reached 16.09 kV/mm,dielectric loss reached 1.85× 10-13,and thermal shrinkage rate was 4.8%.The PPS/aramid/glass fiber composite paper held application potential as a high-perfor-mance insulating paper.关键词
