摘要
Abstract
Endovascular treatment stands as the primary reperfusion therapy for patients with large vessel occlusion ischemic stroke.However,an increasing number of studies have shown that even with successful recanalization of the occluded vessels,a significant proportion of patients still experience poor functional outcomes,which is known as futile recanalization.Early predictive assessment of the risk of futile recanalization is crucial for developing individualized treatment strategies and improving clinical prognosis.This review comprehensively synthesizes the predictive assessment studies of futile recanalization following endovascular treatment in acute ischemic stroke,aiming to provide novel insights that enable clinicians to identify patients at high risk of futile recanalization early and thus make evidence-based clinical treatment decisions.关键词
