沙棘油治疗外伤性鼓膜穿孔的临床疗效分析
Clinical efficacy analysis of seabuckthorn oil in treating traumatic tympanic membrane perforation

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of seabuckthorn oil cotton patch in the treatment of traumatic tympanic membrane perforation.Methods A total of 722 patients with traumatic tympanic membrane perforation treated in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery,Jingbian County People's Hospital from January 2015 to January 2025 were randomly assigned to an observation group(n=378)and a control group(n=344).The control group underwent spontaneous healing,while the observation group seabuckthorn oil cotton patch treatment with dressing changes every 2～3 days.All patients were followed for 3～6 months.Outcomes compared between groups included overall healing rate,mean healing time,healing status at different time points,healing time across perforation sizes,and incidence of adverse reactions.Results The total healing rate in the observation group was 99.7%,significantly higher than the 72.7%in the control group(P<0.05).For small,medium,and large perforations,healing rates in the observation group were consistently superior to the control group(P<0.05).The observation group also demonstrated shorter healing time(P<0.05).Adverse reactions occurred in 6.3%of the patients in the observation group,mostly mild and none with health threatening consequence.Conclusions Seabuckthorn oil cotton patch therapy is highly effective for traumatic tympanic membrane perforation.It significantly improves healing rates,shorten healing time,and demonstrated favorable safety profile.关键词
