Abstract
During the 14th Five-Year Plan period,China has achieved significant results in upgrading the extraction technology of tea functional components and developing high value-added products.This article reviewed the re-search progress of green and efficient extraction technology,explained the new discoveries and mechanisms of tea functional components,and analyzed the development status and innovation trends of functional end products.Fi-nally,the future development direction was discussed and countermeasures were proposed to provide decision-mak-ing references for promoting technological innovation and industrial development in the field of tea deep process-ing in China.关键词
