Abstract

During the 14th Five-Year Plan period,significant progress has been made in the research on nutrient management of tea plants.In the field of nutritional biology,genes encoding nutrient transporters such as nitrogen,phosphorus,magnesium,zinc and fluorine have been cloned,revealing the mechanisms of nutrient absorption and homeostasis regulation.The pathway centered on CsAlaDC-CsTSI for theanine,along with its physiological and ecological functions were clarified.The regulatory effects of nutrients such as nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and magnesium on quality components were elucidated.In terms of soil microorganisms,the characteristics of microbi-al communities in tea gardens were explored,and multifunctional growth-promoting bacteria such as Bacillus and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi have been identified and obtained,revealing the mechanisms by which organic fertiliz-er and biochar improve soil quality and enhance microbial diversity.In terms of management techniques,a rapid nu-trient diagnosis and total quantity quota technology based on spectroscopy was established,and models for reduc-ing chemical fertilizer application and enhancing efficiency such as organic substitution,specialized fertilizers,and new types of fertilizers were constructed.These models comprehensively improve yield,quality and nutrient effi-ciency while reducing environmental risks.For the 15th Five-Year Plan period,research on nutrient efficiency mechanisms should be deepened,and the utilization of rhizosphere functional microorganisms should be explored to promote intelligent precision fertilization and healthy soil cultivation,thereby supporting the green and high qual-ity development of the tea industry.
