Abstract

This study conducted a bibliometric analysis using CiteSpace to visualize Chinese and English literature funded by the China Agriculture Research System(CARS-Tea)from 2009 to 2025.By examining annual publica-tion trends,author collaboration networks,keyword co-occurrence and clustering,and keyword bursts,it systemati-cally delineated the developmental trajectory and knowledge structure evolution of innovation research under CARS-Tea funding.The findings have shown an overall upward trend in both the quantity and quality of publica-tions.A sizable research community has emerged,along with several local collaborative subgroups.However,the relatively low density of the author collaboration network suggests that overall research coordination could be en-hanced.The ten major thematic clusters identified through keyword clustering comprehensively cover the entire tea industry chain.This demonstrates the systematic design of CARS-Tea's innovation research portfolio,which aligns with the broader objectives of the China Agriculture Research System.Furthermore,keyword burst analysis indi-cates that research hotspots remain closely synchronized with China's National Agricultural Science and Technolo-gy Strategic Planning.This study provided empirical evidence for evaluating the effectiveness of CARS-Tea's re-search and for optimizing future research directions.It also offered valuable insights for improving the overall framework of the China Agriculture Research System.
