恩施州茶产业现状与发展策略探析
Analysis of the Current Situation and Development Strategies of the Tea Industry in Enshi Prefecture

Abstract
The tea industry,as a pillar industry of Enshi prefecture,plays a pivotal role in advancing the rural revital-ization strategy throughout the entire prefecture.The high-quality development of the tea industry not only shows the unique resource advantages of Enshi,but also drives the process of agricultural and rural modernization.This study,grounded in the practical development of Enshi's tea industry,systematically evaluated its locational charac-teristics and resource endowments,conducted an in-depth and comprehensive analysis on the current status of the industry.It accurately identified problems such as extensive management,backward equipment,talent shortage,low market awareness and difficult marketing that constrain the high-quality development of the industry.It also put forward targeted development strategies such as cultivating new business forms,improving production quality,building brands,providing talent support and marketing innovation.These strategies provided decision-making ref-erences for the characteristic economic development of tea in Enshi prefecture.关键词
