摘要

Abstract

Breeding of superior bee strains is a foundational project for improving the quality and efficiency of the beekeeping industry.Its core goal is to achieve the large-scale propagation of high-quality bee strains and the stable transmission of genetic traits.This paper systematically explains the principles,key operational points,and application scenarios of four core technologies:pure-line breeding,group breeding,closed breeding,and group closed breeding.It focuses on key aspects of closed breeding,such as the construction of foundational swarms,standardized mating patterns,and the selection of successive queens.By combining population genetics theory with the practical realities of beekeeping production in China,this paper clarifies the parameter standards and implementation key points of each technology.It provides technical support for breeding units in conducting high-quality breeding,conserving genetic resources,and obtaining superior breeding stock for productive apiaries.Practical experience shows that the scientific application of these technologies can maintain the genetic diversity of high-quality bee strains,thus laying a genetic foundation for the sustainable development of the beekeeping industry.
