The biological functions and isolation identification of extracellular vesicle in royal jelly
摘要
Abstract
Royal jelly,a functional food rich in bioactive components,has demonstrated dual potential as a"natural drug+biological delivery system"in bee development and human physiological health.However,its mechanisms of action remain incompletely understood.Extracellular vesicle,as signaling molecules secreted by cells,carry various bioactive substances,including nucleic acids,proteins,and lipids,playing a crucial role in intercellular communication.Research on extracellular vesicle derived from various animal and plant sources has become a focal point,and studies have confirmed the presence of abundant extracellular vesicle in royal jelly.Nevertheless,the functions of royal jelly-derived extracellular vesicle remain unclear.This review systematically examines the functional relationship between royal jelly and extracellular vesicle,while also provides an outlook on the potential applications of royal jelly-derived extracellular vesicle.The aim is to serve as theoretical support for further research into the physiological mechanisms of royal jelly.关键词
