摘要

Abstract

To enhance the application of temperature data from power micro-meteorological monitoring stations(PMS)in grid icing monitoring,this paper uses automatic weather stations(AWS)of meteorological departments as reference stations and adopts the Barnes interpolation method to perform quality control on hourly PMS tempera-ture data during icing periods.The results indicate a relatively high proportion of stations with abnormal data in the PMS.Based on the characteristic of vertical temperature lapse rates observed at high-and low-altitude stations in mountainous areas during icing periods,the Barnes interpolation method is employed to reconstruct temperature data at tower points in these areas.The reconstructed temperatures show good consistency with measured tempera-tures in distribution characteristics and exhibit significant correlation in the duration of low-temperature periods.Taking a freezing rain icing event in late February 2024 as an example,the paper defines an effective icing duration by combining the freezing rain area estimated through analytic hierarchy process(AHP)with the reconstructed tem-peratures at mountainous tower points.Analysis demonstrates that the effective icing duration calculated using this method can accurately reflect the severity of transmission line icing in mountainous areas,providing a reference for icing monitoring.
