Core Dimension Construction and Enhancement Strategies of Vocational Education Teachers'Curriculum-Based Ideological and Political Education Competence Based on the Delphi Method

Abstract
The curriculum-based ideological and political education competence of vocational education teach-ers is not a single teaching skill,but an organic and integrated capability that runs through the entire teaching process,with all components supporting each other.This competence is characterized by being situational,in-tegrative,and collaborative.Based on the Delphi method,it is refined into five core abilities:the ability to ex-cavate,design,implement,evaluate,and reflect on curriculum-based ideological and political education ele-ments.It is necessary to comprehensively enhance vocational education teachers'curriculum-based ideologi-cal and political education competence through pathways such as fostering an atmosphere,optimizing assess-ment,strengthening incentives,expanding resources,improving training,and building teams.关键词
