Design of High-power and High-efficiency Microwave Rectifiers for Wireless Energy Transmission

Abstract
The research is focused on the design of a cyclotron-wave rectifier.A high-efficiency rectifier de-sign scheme is proposed based on a compact 2.45 GHz magnetron microwave source.Targeting the operating fre-quency of 2.45 GHz,the overall structure of the cyclotron wave rectifier is designed and optimized.The simulation results demonstrate a cavity efficiency of 92.8%and a microwave-to-DC conversion efficiency of approximately 67.5%.The device is fabricated and the cold-cavity testing of the device is completed.The resonant frequency of the cavity is basically consistent with the simulation result,verifying the feasibility of the design.关键词
