利用核磁共振谱图剖析双酚A型环氧树脂的结构及合成机理
Structure and synthetic mechanism analysis of diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance spectra

Abstract
As a critical thermosetting polymer,the properties of bisphenol-A epoxy resin are intimately linked to its chemical structure,making structural characterization essential for understanding its performance.Key parameters including chemical structure,molecular weight,and polymerization degree of E51-type bisphenol-A epoxy resin were systematically characterized using nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)techniques(1H NMR,13C NMR and 2D NMR).The structural profiles of other resin(E12,E44,E54)were cross-validated.The results revealed distinct differences in molecular architecture,molecular weight,and polymerization degree across different resin grades.Based on NMR analysis,the synthesis reaction mechanism of bisphenol-A epoxy resin was elucidated,providing fundamental insights into its structure-property relationships.关键词
