基于转录组测序解析白花前胡早薹早花相关基因的动态变化
Dynamic changes analysis of genes related to early bolting and flowering in Peucedanum praeruptorum based on transcriptome sequencing

Abstract
The traditional Chinese medicine Peucedanum praeruptorum is usually used in medicine with its roots.The early bolting and early flowering often occurs in artificial planting and leads to rapid lignification of roots,the active ingredient content decreased sharply.However,the cause and mechanism of this appearance have not been clarified.Transcriptome sequencing was completed using experimental samples from three different growth stages:non-bolting,bolting and flowering.A total of 83505 transcripts were identified,of which 12623 genes were significantly different.Further enrichment of distinct genes showed that the pathways closely related to early flowering include photosynthesis-antenna protein,plant hormone signal transduction and circadian rhythm pathway.Through comparative database analysis,91 differential expressed genes(DEGs)were identified.Based on the significance of expression level variations,12 candidate genes(SOC1-1,SOC1-2,DFC,FT,VRN1,PHYA,COL9,FLD,FCA,RGL2,EMF2,EFL4)were subsequently selected for qRT-PCR validation.The verification results demonstrated a high degree of consistency with transcriptome sequencing data,suggesting these 12 genes may be associated with early bolting and flowering mechanisms.关键词
