QFD管理模式在妇科日间手术患者出院计划中的应用研究
Application of QFD management model in discharge planning of gynecological day surgery patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the application and effect of the quality functional deployment(QFD)management model in the discharge planning of patients undergoing gynecological day surgery.Methods A total of 505 patients undergoing gynecological day surgery from January to September 2023 were selected as the pre-improvement samples,and 455 patients undergoing gynecological day surgery from January to July 2024 were selected as the post-improvement samples.The QFD management tool was applied to conduct an in-depth analysis of the discharge plan requirements for gynecological day surgery patients,assess the quality characteristics,identify the key points through bottleneck analysis,and formulate and implement feasible plan measures.The discharge readiness,satisfaction,complications within 7 days after discharge and unplanned readmission of patients undergoing day surgery before and after the improvement were compared.Results The total score of discharge readiness of patients after improvement was significantly higher than that before improvement[(115.56±2.59)points vs.(99.72±6.49)points,P<0.05].The satisfaction of patients after the improvement was significantly higher than that before the improvement(95.6%vs.79.8%,χ2=48.420,P<0.001).The incidence of complications within 7 days after discharge and the unplanned readmission rate of patients after improvement were significantly lower than those before improvement(P<0.05).Conclusion The adoption of QFD management tools can effectively promote the implementation of the discharge planning for gynecological day surgery,enhance patients'discharge readiness and satisfaction,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and unplanned readmission,and improve the quality and safety of gynecological day surgery nursing services.关键词
